Eligibility Criteria
  • Working hours: (9 hr commitment, split shift) 7 am to 10 am & 4 pm to 10 pm
  • Pre-requisites: A laptop/desktop and a strong internet connection
  • 0-3 years of overall work experience
  • Fluent in (spoken) English and either Kannada or Telugu or Hindi or Tamil
  • Are comfortable with online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet or Microsoft Teams
Your Work
  • Lead T/NF’s English Employability program (Future Perfect) in an online training model
  • Train students on English and life skills by building cohesive groups and creating an effective learning environment.
  • Counsel students and work closely to build a strong student-mentor relationship
  • Work with the Product team and clients to ensure successful rollout and execution of products & services.
  • It would be awesome if you...
    • Have prior experience in teaching English

Team | Role | Responsibilities

In joining the Future Perfect team at the CSDE vertical of The Nudge Foundation, you are joining a team charged with ensuring that there are quality interventions for the underprivileged in the country.
You will be primarily working on an exciting initiative at The/Nudge that aims at building and delivering high-quality English products. We are looking for highly energetic, passionate, and high ownership early team members. The team is outcome focussed and committed to ensuring a quality education for youth, and excited about creating English learning interventions that drive positive behaviour and mindset change in adults. You will flourish on this team if you are: collaborative, results-driven, love to continuously improve, and have fun while working hard.

How to Apply

Do note that your candidature will be considered only upon completion of the two steps

  1. Take the  EnglishScore  language test and  fill out the  google form  in step two 
    • You can download the  EnglishScore app  from the  Google Play Store  or the  iOS App Store.
    • Please refer to this  video  in case you face any issues using the app.
    • Take a screenshot of your CEFR test results when done
    • The test will take around 40 minutes.
    • You will need:
      • an Android phone (v 6.0 or higher) OR an iPhone (6 or higher)
      • working sound and camera on your device
      • a quiet place to take the test uninterrupted.
  2. After completing Step 1, fill the following  form  to help us understand your experiences and aspirations better. This would take around 20 minutes to complete.

About us

The/Nudge Foundation  was started in 2015 with the aim to alleviate poverty scalably and sustainably. We started with a 3 months residential program named ‘Gurukul’, where the focus was to skill youth on Life and Literacy Skills. We had a record of 100% placements and graduated more than 5500 students. After covid, from March our focus has shifted to the online training program ‘Future Perfect’ where we skill students on Life and English skills and assist them in placements.
